Managing multiple properties shouldn’t feel like running in circles. 2025 is all about turning Oaky’s Chain Dashboard into mission control for your portfolio. We’re rolling out a series of enhancements to make life at HQ smoother and more insightful.

3. Set a Floor for Dynamic Pricing & Stay in Control

Dynamic pricing is one of Oaky’s most powerful and loved tools —but we heard you: sometimes it goes too low.

That’s why we’re introducing the Dynamic Pricing Floor — a new safeguard that lets you set the minimum price for room upgrades, so they will never go below your configured floor price, even if the dynamic rate is lower. Even during low-demand periods, your offers reflect the value you’re comfortable with.

4. European Accessibility Act (EAA) Updates

The European Accessibility Act (EAA) has been in effect since 28 June 2025, requiring digital platforms—like Oaky’s guest web app—to meet specific accessibility standards.

To support this, we’ve made key updates to ensure your guest-facing experience is aligned with these requirements.

Why this matters:

  • Inclusive design creates a better experience for all guests

  • You’re aligned with EU digital accessibility requirements

  • Your upselling content is easier to access, and act on


Important: While Oaky provides the foundation, hotels are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content (like branding colors and image descriptions) meets accessibility best practices.

5. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for extra protection

To enhance the security of your Oaky account, we’ve added Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorized access.

When enabled, users need to verify their identity with a one-time email code during login.

Why this is important:

  • Stronger protection against unauthorized access

  • Aligned with industry security practices

  • Can be managed at HQ or hotel level

6. Nicer-looking Integrations page

We’ve give the integrations page in the hotel dashboard a makeover, making it easier (and nicer!) to manage your tech stack and see what’s connected at a glance.

Why you will love the new integrations page:

  • Faster load times

  • Cleaner layout and clearer structure that creates a consistent user experience

  • Quick visibility of what's live and what's not

  • Easier to map deals and manage settings


You can still do everything you're used to, like checking if a connection is active, reviewing the last data import, or updating integration details (such as enabling reservation data import to sync guest bookings, importing room type availability to only offer what's bookable, or turning on two-way room upgrades so Oaky can auto-approve upgrades and update the PMS). It all just feels smoother now.
