Product Improvements and Enhancements [Q1 2023 Recap]

  • Spotlight your brand with Oaky’s branding enhancements

For many guests, especially those who book their stays via OTAs, pre-arrival emails give an excellent opportunity to discover your brand for the first time. That’s why it’s essential to ensure that your pre-arrival emails and guest landing pages reflect your brand.

With our recent enhancements for your Guest Landing Pages, you’ll be able to deliver a fully branded experience to your guests from the get-go. Now you can:

Customise your CTA buttons by:

  • By changing their shape, colour, as well as the button text

  • By using your preferred typography style (our font selection has been expanded with two new fonts — Roboto and DM Serif Display)

  • Applying customisation to your Cancel CTA on the request confirmation screen.

  • Adjust the footer to match your brand styling.

  • Change the background colour of your landing pages.

  • Customise your deal tags by changing their text and background colour.

On 7 March, we announced joint certification between Oaky & IDeaS. It means we're one step away from completing the integration between the two award-winning hotel tech solutions, which is expected to take place early in the coming quarter.

With this integration, you'll be able to unlock a previously untapped revenue stream by automating your room upgrade and early check-in/late check-out pricing, resulting in a potential uplift of over 45% in guest spend per upgraded night.
