We are now looking for a Sales Manager with an understanding of hotel systems and connectivity, along with an existing network of contacts within the hotel industry in the EMEA region.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who has a passion for sales and who is motivated by seeing a market grow. As Senior Sales Manager within Oaky, you’re responsible for targeting and qualifying the right prospects which will lead to closing the deal within the EMEA region or new markets as required.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with Revenue Management/Commercial decision-makers at Hotel Chains & Groups within the region and alongside a young, international and energetic team within Oaky. Head of Sales
Responsible to introduce Oaky to new markets
Build, execute and optimize your own strategy to efficiently enter new territories
Target, prospect, qualify and convince the future customers of Oaky
Participate in relevant Trade Shows, Road-shows and any relevant industry event
Provide demos to decision-makers within Hotel Groups, Collections, hotel chains and Management Companies
Negotiate and close the deal
Identify and drive expansion within current customers
Coach and mentor your regional sales hub
Help change the Hotel Tech landscape with a friendly, innovative and fresh approach
At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the hotel tech industry or SaaS space.
Extended knowledge of the hospitality industry.
An existing network of Revenue Management/Commercial Decision Makers within hotel groups in the EMEA region.
You’re a sales hunter with the ability to build value-based relationships with new customers and a positive “go get them” attitude.
You’re outcome-oriented and driven to exceed the monthly quota.
